Amdocs is the global leader in unified communications and network services solutions, a provider of software and services for billing, customer relationship management (CRM) and operations support systems (OSS). They need a through-the-line agency that thoroughly understands their global branding and responds to their tight deadlines. We are their appointed creative agency for Asia Pacific (Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Northeast Asia and India) since 2010.
For InTouch Business Forum 2013, to optimize reach and effectiveness, we developed 4 email campaigns sent out in 4 phases to their Asia Pacific customers. We personalized different sender names in each e-direct mailer for different regions and customer groups, and also localized the english content for Japan and Korea to ensure higher open and signup rates. We did pre-spam checks, regularly cleaned up and updated the database to make sure all email addresses are active. After each phase, we created detailed tracking reports and dashboards for each region to review, compare and analyze the results.
